Drop by between 2 and 4 p.m. EST to talk to a team member (or two) – we’ll be broadcasting live from the office to chat and answer any questions you may have about the site.

Xanga is a great community, I use it far more than Myspace or Facebook, keep up the great work.
This is yet another reason why xanga is more personable and human than other sites. I like the fact that there are real people, not some corporate shills, behind it.
Office hours? Sounds like The Xanga Team are the “TAs” of some sort of class room. In this case, Xanga is the “class room”.

hi this is redemptivity i have some1 who stole my photos & is maliciously impersonating me on xanga. they are using my photo to leave comments on ppls sites with & trying to tell every1 that i stole from them & basically throw dirt on me & ruin my name. the site is http://www.xanga.com/ska_tea & my site is http://www.xanga.com/redemptivity

Xanga has truly changed my life . . . I have met some of my best friends on here – one of which, I have met in person. She is from MI, I am from NY! I even went to her wedding!! I can’t wait to meet the other friends that mean the world to me in person too.

We should be able to upload files apart from images/video, such as .swf files!

hey, just wanted to know if you guys had any plans to make accessing uploaded pictures of the past easier? like maybe something folder based? just wondering since there are rare times that i want to repost a picture from 2 years ago into a current blog entry, but have to stroll through hundreds of newer pictures to get to it in my album.
Oh this sounds good, though I miss it, hope to be there next time.

Will we ever get proper posting calendars with highlighted dates that mark days something has been posted ? That would be so useful. It’d save so much time not having to flick through “oldest & newest” trying to find certain posts sometimes..

I don’t like this new homepage thing. I don’t like how people can see the pictures I post right through their subs. At least when I posted pictures before, they had to come to my site to see them so I could monitor by footprints who was seeing my pictures.

I don’t know if the look of the new subscription page is an attempt to look more like myspace or was a suggestion from a user but I personally do not like it. I like xanga because it’s familiar and has remained very similar to what it was like when I began 1401 days ago. This new look for the subscription page. I don’t approve. I don’t like it. It makes it look unfriendly. I would really prefer it to be changed back.
